Arts On Foot Wrap-up
Our assessment of this year’s Arts On Foot is that is was very successful. Several artists that we spoke with indicated that it was the best year yet! Also, the $1 – $4 food samples were a great hit and an excellent way to taste all of Penn Quarter’s restaurants at one event.
