The Starbucks (443 7th St NW) at the corner of 7th and E St NW is undergoing renovations and will reopen shortly into January 2015 our source tells us. Follow #7thandEReno on Twitter to check in on progress – we can already see that Starbucks Reserve coffee will be available once reopened.
Formerly known as d.c. space, an alternative music performance venue, this corner spot [image NSFW] hosted many music shows and poetry readings between 1977 and 1992.
