Luke’s Lobster Shack (622 E St NW)
Cuisine: Seafood
They have 4 locations in NYC and this will be the first location in DC.

Roti (1311 F St NW)
Cuisine: Mediterranean
This fast-casual restaurant plans to open in Penn Quarter in the fall of 2011. Check out one of their other DC locations, such as 1747 Pennsylvania Ave NW.

Fiola (601 Pennsylvania Ave NW)
Cuisine: Italian
According to their Twitter stream, Fiola had a friends & family event this past Wednesday night and outdoor furniture arrived. Opening imminent?

Fiola’s is open for dinner and next week will be open for lunch they report. They are NOT open on Sundays.
