Realtors use Penn Quarter for SE Logan too – just like they used to use Dupont east for Logan Circle…I’m waiting for them to say Logan West for Dupont Circle now that Logan is the IT neighborhood. I have always thought Penn Quarter was F street and points south to the Mall, Chinatown F north to Mass Ave, and Mt. Vernon Triangle above Mass to NY Ave. I think they are all distinct – but I would vote for something new if it seems the three neighborhoods are destined to be called by one name – how about the old fashioned Downtown? Or City Center or Mid City?
Sorry guys, I had buttery popcorn on my fingers last night and couldn’t comment. That was a very nice interview, interesting to hear your thoughts presented on a less formatted vehicle. I hope an outcome will be additional contributions of others in the area; so many computer users who haven’t discovered blogs.
