Another Bomb Threat In Gallery Place Tonight

Hanging Flower Baskets Debut In PQ
So far, we’ve spotted two hanging flower baskets on the 700 block of G St. One is in front of the Reynolds Center and another (more visible) basket is in front of Proof. Has anyone spotted these baskets in other locations in Penn Quarter?
