I’m a little miffed at the landlord for the Iron Horse. That space was supposed to have been used (and zoned) for an arts usage — one of the reasons it sat empty for so long (and why Capital Fringe was able to use it for a box office a few years ago.)
A new bar is a welcome addition to the neighborhood (I can’t wait for the residents of the incredibly high-end units above the space to complain), but zoning is supposed to be in place to keep the character of the neighborhood intact.
