RSS FeedDressBarn Coming To F Street
Our morning run took us down the 1300 block of F street NW and we noticed that DressBarn is coming to a large retail space on the block (the Shops on F ST). Next door is a Verizon Wireless(1314 F ST), this DressBarn location is probably replacing the old Farragut West location. The Farragut North DressBarn is still open though, as far as we know.

It might not be what you hoped for, but is is a retailer with an active and constant audience of working women passing by every day. Plus, bring next to Filene’s and Nine West and possibly another discount clothier soon, the store will do very well.
I work across the street and would rather see an open store than the “leasing” sign which has been there for years.
the name of the store always makes me think that square dances are going on in there. F Street is becoming more like Fashion Street (American Apparel, Zara, Dress Barn, Filene’s, etc). OK…maybe it’s discount Fashion Street but that’s fine.
