RSS FeedMuse Lounge Opening Soon?
According to DC Nites, a website dedicated to DC’s nightlife, the Muse Nightclub & Lounge (717 6th St NW) is supposed to open November 1. Muse has a web site up and running also but no opening date is listed there. They’re reconfiguring the space formerly used by the RnR Lounge and Coyote Ugly and The Rock (if you remember that far back).

Momiji is finally open!
The food is pretty good. The negimaki was very tender.
The sushi was very fresh.
Downstairs is nice and with the big window looking on H street you can see what’s going on.
Upstairs there’s a great bar and also tables.
We needed a Japanese restaurant in this area.
PS It’s kind of nice to be in a spanking clean restaurant east of 6th ST.
i remember the rock. one of the first bars i went to in DC—to watch a saturday college football game. i remember the used condoms on the street out front. things have changed, don’tcha think?

Anyone know anything about Momiji Japanese Restaurant (H btw 5th and 6th)? The restaurant’s signage has been up for a long while now, and today I finally saw a “grand opening” sign on my way to work. Any early reports?
