Old Post Office Clock Tower Reopens To Public (1100 Pennsylvania Ave NW)

Not much fanfare went off about this but we can confirm that the Old Post Office (now the Trump International Hotel) clock tower is open once more to the public. The National Park Service administers the facility with hours being Thursday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm; admission is free. The entrance is on the back side of the building on 12th Street NW next to the newly opened Starbucks.
The tower offers one of the best panoramic views of DC and since the Washington Monument is closed until 2019 it’s the only game in town open to the public.
