Yeah C3Fix! I hope it turns out to be a fun coffee house/dessert bar/lounge type of place like Tryst. I would love a place that is open all day for coffee and relaxing, open at night for lounging, and open late night for munchies. Perhaps the Starbucks going 24 hours is the start of a trend for our neighborhood. I would love to have more things open around the clock.
