Penn Quarter Crib of the Week – We have a doozy for you today and it is a penthouse unit at the Residences at Gallery Place. It’s labelled a “blue moon offering” and we tend to agree. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 11th floor and has amazing views to the north and west including a clear view of the 7th and H Street intersection, our village’s main square. It’s MLS DC8094504 listed at $722,050. [Redfin listing – 777 7th St NW, #1134 – DC8094504]

On the subject of valet parking, “Ultrabar” valets are the worst. They do not post the signs and use orange cones to block of all the spots on F between 9th and McCormick and Schmick’s and Cowgirl Creamery. When I contacted U Street parking and the club to let them know of the 20′ only rule, they said they cannot control their employees.
