Penn Quarter – Jose Andres is expanding the “mini” program by opening up Barmini, a cocktail lab that takes the same approach as minibar, but applies it to cocktails and drinks. It will be adjacent to minibar at 855 E St NW. [Washington CityPaper] & [DC Eater]
