Peruvian Connection Opened Last Week! (950 F St NW)
Thanks to Tom for sending us word that Peruvian Connection is now open at the corner of 10th & F St NW! According to the Peruvian Connection website, this Penn Quarter store is their flagship store!
The 900 block of F Street continues to fill up with more quality retail options! There aren’t many vacant street level retail spaces left. Does this mean that the Anthropologie would go in directly under the Ventana condo at 912 F St NW?

Sources said Anthropologie, a South Carolina-based retailer with stores in Georgetown, Tysons Corner and Rockville, could open in the Atlantic Building, 950 F St. NW, which Douglas delivered in 2006. There is about 32,000 square feet of retail space in the building, with the largest portion on the market at 11,670 square feet.

Really? You must not walk along the south side of F Street, where pretty much every single storefront (with the exception of Peruvian Connection) has a Jamal “For Lease” sign in the window. The north side is getting pretty well leased up, but the south side isn’t anywhere close.
