We’ve watched 1199 F Street NW transform itself from the home of Tequila Beach and Polly Esther’s (between [F]unky and [G]roovy Streets) to a bunch of rubble to a hole in the ground to a construction site to the shell of a 185,000 square foot office building. We couldn’t resist stopping one night and getting a photo of what will be a very cool six story atrium.
Photo note: We did have to stitch a few pics together to get the tall aspect of the building into a single pic.
