after hours to take down a tower crane with 200 ton crane sat and sun 5am to 8pm

The 2nd one is old news–crane was taken down on Sunday.

Any idea what’s happening at 900 7th? The big space next to IBEW has some activity going on, dry wall, etc. It’s where the book fair was held briefly last year.
