The guy who sells Street Sense at 7th and E is also nice. Not as much of a personality as these others, but friendly and courteous….and you’ve gotta love the gold front tooth with the bling….
I have seen this guy several times downtown at the same intersection. All he does is dance around the crosswalks all day. Once I was at Starbucks on the corner and watched him for nearly an hour.

Can you run several miles backwards then hop around in circles for an hour? I have been seeing this man for years run backwards up and down H st. If I could run as fast he can backwards I wouldn’t publbic taransportation. from what I’ve seen, he always beats the bus downtown.

I saw him once on one of my early morning runs around 6 a.m.. He wasn’t spinning but was indeed running backwards around Penn and 3rd near the Capitol building. A much quieter exercise man.
