Spotted: The Wagmobile
Once in a while we’ll post a picture of a cool car we spot in PQ on our Twitter feed. This time we’re getting a good kick out of seeing the (new?) Wagmobile from Wagtime (1232 9th St NW), a pet focused business in Shaw, show up on D Street NW to pick up a pet. The normal van we’re used to seeing is a minivan style vehicle with a blue and salmon color paint scheme that’s not as noticeable as this one which has a much more fun vibe; we give this paint scheme two paws up. This is not an ad and we receive no compensation for this post, but we know there are lots of pet owners in PQ who like to ensure good care for their pets.
How do you solve your pet grooming, boarding, and walking needs when you’re home or away?

I went to Wagtime once and our dog got a skin infection, watchout if you think about taking your pet there…
The Columbo’s take their pup to Wagtine for both boarding and occasional daycare. We’ve never used their van service but I’ve seen them outside our condo building before.
Nothing but good things to say about Wagtime. We used to use dogs by day before they left 14th and T for Adams Morgan.
We strive to keep our doggie daycare and boarding facility the cleanest and most well kept in the city. We welcome anyone to come for a tour of the inside of all of our daycare and baording areas.
I will never go back to Wagtime. My dog got kennel cough after staying there a few years ago and I called them just to let them know (I wasn’t upset, I just thought they should know in case other dogs had problems also). They yelled at me, literally yelled, and said that it couldn’t possibly be from there. What an irresponsible way to handle issues and take care of animals!
