However, given the sweltering heat, it was the cocktails that often stood out more than the small bites of food. In particular, the punch at Proof (pictured here) was one of the most refreshing drinks we’ve ever tasted while packing a major “punch.” Whiskey, rum, and brandy with a grapefruit and chamomile syrup, delicious! Can that be a regular on the menu please?
