On Friday we snapped this photo of an ice cream vendor rolling through the streets of PQ on a customized moped. The light turned green before we could make a purchase so we can’t speak to price and quality, but it sounded like a nice treat on such a pretty day.

He normally sits at 4th and Madison, looking for the tourist trade. Did you notice, he wears a necktie … well, actually a bow tie? Plus a white shirt. I don’t know any other street vendors in DC who dress so well. Yup, I have seen tourist taking their picture next to him.
