- CapitalSpace Public Preview Scheduled for April 5 at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library
Please join the National Capital Planning Commission, the District of Columbia, and the National Park Service on Thursday, April 5, as we discuss early findings of CapitalSpace—a joint initiative designed to create a high-quality and unified park system for Washington, D.C. Learn about key opportunities for improving our parks and open spaces, and the results of the first inventory and parks assessment in more than 30 years.
The public preview will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library at 901 G Street, NW.
We think the only park in Penn Quarter is on the northeast corner of 6th & I St NW.
