Smithsonian’s Norman Foster Designed Courtyard Opens Nov. 18 (8th & F St NW)
The Smithsonian has a press release informing us that the Robert and Arlene Kogod Courtyard of the Donald W. Reynolds Center opens to the public Sunday, Nov. 18. Old Lei Garden & China Doll Buildings Go Transparent (627-631 H St NW)
We were expecting the worst when we read about the planned demolition of the old Lei Garden and China Doll buildings at 627-631 H St NW. But, as you can see from this picture, it appears that the facades of both buildings will be preserved in Yeni Wong’s new retail and office building.
