Join fellow Penn Quarter residents at a Downtown Neighborhood Association sponsored happy hour! Residents (both owners and renters) are welcome at UltraBar (911 F St NW) between 5:00 and 9:00pm. Proceeds will benefit the YWCA at 9th & G St.
