Launch of "811" Tomorrow (3rd St NW on the Mall)
Tomorrow, the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) will host a launch event for a new national phone number, 811. It’s basically a replacement for the “Miss Utility” number that no one ever remembers. The event starts at 10am and will be on 3rd St NW at the National Mall.
