RSS FeedCityVista Begins Settlements! (Mt. Vernon Triangle)
DCMUD has the scoop: Settlements of units in CityVista’s smaller “L” building (on L St NW, between 4th & 5th) began last Friday! According to DCMUD, the “L” is 90% sold and the “K” is 40% sold. The third building, “V”, will be rental units. In addition to the flood of new neighbors, we’re also excited about the Safeway, hardware store, and Bus Boys & Poets retail.
The CityVista development will bring an additional 678 units to the Mt. Vernon Triangle area (Penn Quarter’s northern neighbor).

Wow, it is nice to see that condos are still selling so well downtown. This is the type of momentum that keeps areas growing and allows buisnesses to justify moving to the area.
