If you’re in the mood for shaking it all night long, one of the best dance DJs in the world is coming to Ultrabar (911 F Street, NW) tonight. George Acosta, based out of Miami, will be on the decks on the main floor to kick off 4Play, a Thursday night event with DJs scheduled through the end of May. You can print a “free before 11 pm” pass off from the website.

This sounds good. Maybe I’ll check out George Acosta tonight. The rest of Ultrabar’s Thursday night lineup looks good.
I just saw Sasha with John Digweed at Glow this past weekend. I think the guys that own Ultrabar also own Lima, Panorama Productions and Glow. I went to the 10,000 person Tiesto Concert they threw last year and it was great! Bumped into Mayor Fenty, the Bush daughters and Alex Ovechkin!
#1, the main floor in Ultrabar is too small. Both artists recently performed at Ibizza — Sasha a few weeks ago and PVD back in Oct. 07.
Oh I know #4, I was just wishing we could get someone like that to show up on F St. I’ve seen them (and Digweed, thank’s #3 for mentioining him as well– the Holy Trinity to many of my friends) all numerous times in DC. Just wishful thinking on my part.
