The commercial office building at 600 E St NW which housed Department of Justice offices recently closed. A chain link fence surrounds the entrance area and surrounding overhang. The LoopNet listing shows 10 floors totaling 327,663 square feet available for lease in a Class B office building along with a new facade rendering. The first floor of the 1975 building is being advertised for both office and retail use.
The underground commercial parking garage operated by Laz remains open.
