We were just browsing Craigslist to see what commercial property was being advertised in our area. Most of the commercial property in Penn Quarter is leased out by Carr America and Douglas Development. (Click on those links to search their listings)

HNTB is leaving?!? Is this confirmed? (Note that 406 7th St is across HNTB, whose address is 421 7th St…. is this what the first comment was about?)
My guess is that the spaces cannot be combined, since the Balducci’s space is located in the Jefferson complex, and HNTB is in the IOOF building around which the Jefferson complex was built. The transition is so seamless at street level you could walk by every day and never realize they’re different.
I am an artist living in the area and I am interested in sharing two of the studios listed. Is anyone else looking?

Any news on what’s moving into the space that HTNB is moving out of?
It’s next to Balducci space, any chance that the two could be combined to attract a grocer wanting more space than what Balducci was planning?
