AIA Penn Quarter Walking Lecture On Sat, June 14
The American Institute of Architects DC chapter will be hosting a walking lecture of Penn Quarter on Saturday, June 14 from 10:30 am to Noon. The walking lecture will be led by the AIA|DC Executive Director Mary Fitch. The program will highlight modern additions to the neighborhood and you will learn about the importance of both the Center Market and the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation (PADC).
The walk will begin at the District Architecture Center (DAC) conveniently located in Penn Quarter at 421 7th St NW. The lecture costs $10 for the general public. More details can be found here and you can register for the event here.
