Upstairs On 7th, a new women’s boutique, is now open on the second floor of Touchstone Gallery (406 7th Street). Owner Ricki Peltzman’s new boutique features designer sportswear, shoes, handbags and accessories. This blogger hasn’t discovered cross-dressing yet.
