The soon to-be-open Cedar Restaurant (822 E Street NW) sprouted spring colors recently with both a new awning and vertical signage. We thought that this PQ village location would get taken eventually now that the parcel across the street is no longer a flat top parking lot and there’s a newer condo in the next block over! Remember those days?
