I talked to the owner last week and he said he was hoping to open by the 31st. Would be great if it opened earlier.
I saw the sign last week after not making it to 7th street for a few weeks, and got really excited…alas, I had to settle for the free Cal Tort samples they were handing out next door…
Ok they tables and chairs were just delivered. Now they need the menus and the food! The manager said in a week and a half.

Bring on the salad! I can not WAIT for Chop’t to open. If anyone can find out what day they plan to open, I’ll be first in line to check it out and report back to the blog with my review.
