Dupont - Say it ain’t so…MTV’s The Real World is 99 and 44/100 percent probably coming to DC and the house is probably likely in Dupont. It’s one of the worst kept secrets in the DC neighborhood blogosphere. Who will end up being DC’s incarnation of Puck? Dupont (again) - Oh…and there’s a blog that has been set up to track goings on at the Real World house. [The Anti-Real World DC]
Downtown – Core downtown will get an educational kick in the pants with New York University’s construction of the NYU-DC Center on L Street. [DC MUD (Metro Urban Diary)]

Shaw - More news on the convention center hotels planned for construction in the 9th Street zone. No financing available in the private markets translates into an ask of the DC City Council for public financing. Won’t filling a DC hotel with tourists and conventioneers be easier than filling Nats Park with fans? We think so. [RenewShaw]

We mean business over here in Congress Heights. No more raggedy liquor stores on every corner! 
If you think that is overkill you should see this mornings post on the neighbhorhood horn blower.
River East is tired of being the disposal bin of liquor stores, group homes and treatment centers. We have wonderful things here and we are going to improve on it even if it means shutting some businesses down and being a general nuisance to everyone about it.

for ratings, we were going by the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) rating scale and criteria (i.e. movie theater) and using no other yardstick.

What does the “rated R for language” mean? What level of language are we talking about here? Is this a warning of hate speech on the link, or cursing? And are you following the movie theater rating system, where a couple F-bombs still nets a PG-13, but repeated use of language nets an R?
I appreciate that you’re helping to protect my internet searching experience, but I’m confused at what your warnings mean.
