This just in from Mrs. Columbo: The FBI will be conducting a training exercise from 9 am to noon on Saturday, April 21st. During the exercise there will be no parking on 10th ST and pedestrian traffic will be restricted.

If you put a Kojak light on your dash you can drive or park anywhere around the Hoover Building. Exception: if you drive a Volvo. That’s got no credibility as an off-duty car.
