The info makes it seem like something is pre-existing…
About Cowgirl — I asked a construcion worker about when it’s opening. He said early June and that they will make some cheese on site and plan to sell wine.
Who needs Balducci’s with cheese, wine (ok, we could use some BREAD).
Maybe the E street permit is for Gifford’s ice cream shop. On that note, I find it odd that Gifford’s does not have a sign. Unless you know that the shop is there, it is impossible to tell what they sell.
Maybe it’s the space between the new-ish salon and the former Balducci’s space? With the old picture of Clara Barton in the window?
either it is existing Starbucks trying to expand backwards by tearing down several back walls or it is a fast food outlet like Potato Valley which was what it was supposed to be before the deal fell apart a year ago
I can’t wait for Cowgirl Creamery! I sent the owners an email about how eagerly we were all awaiting their opening and they sent a nice email back saying how much they loved Penn Quarter and were so excited to be coming here.
I walked by today and the windows on the left side of the Clara Barton entrance has brown paper on the windows. Could it be that space?
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
What’s at 616 E Street?
