Ever wonder exactly where all of the high-rise residential buildings are in Gallery Place/Penn Quarter? We took an MSN Virtual Earth map and colored in the residential areas. Areas in red represent existing or nearly complete buildings. Areas in yellow represent planned or early stage buildings.
Update: We labeled the map! We estimate that in 2 years, Penn Quarter will be the home of over 10,000 residents. Note that in the year 2000 (time of the last census), we estimate that Penn Quarter had only 1752 residents.
