Monday, May 31
10 am – Fleet Reserve Association Wreath laying, U.S. Navy Band Concert, Naval District Washington Wreath laying with guest speaker (more info), U.S. Navy Memorial (701 Penn Ave NW)
2 pm – National Memorial Day Parade, 7th & Constitution
