At the end of the article, we found this nugget: Catoe, who is divorced and has a son in college in Montana, wants to live in downtown Washington.

He can afford to live anywhere he wants to in DC.
Yeah, but will he move downtown? Mayor Williams spent the past 9 years looking for a house in DC. Isn’t he still in a condo? Makes sense, seeing as he’s hardly ever IN DC.
