I happened to walk by last night and the place was packed. So I’m confused – is it open to the public yet?
Oyamel kinda was just not very impressive in Crystal Czity, but maybe it will get more attention at the new location.
The only one of Andre’s places that still impresses me is Zaytinya. He’s great, but is getting spread a bit thin with all his activity. And Oyamel just never really had anything to hold it up; we all knew it was just a matter of time before it went belly up; the Crystal Shitty location is somebody’s bad idea of a development project — that strip of restaurants is too ambitious by half.
