RSS FeedPQ Living Server Issues Resolved
We’ve discovered a few periods of time over the last week when our server was overloaded and not so responsive. Sorry about that! Those mischievous holiday elves got a hold of our bits and bytes but we think we have the issue fixed now.

Former Shimba Hills Site Getting New Tenant (Dunkin Donuts)
In August, we reported on the closure of homegrown coffee shop Shimba Hills. But it appears that the 601 F Street storefront (next to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro elevators on 7th Street) will soon be getting a new tenant.
A building permit located on the front doors details that interior renovations are being done to turn the site into a Dunkin Donuts. Which means no more long distance trips to the Dupont Krispy Kreme for me. Coffee and carbohydrates…yummy!
Tipping Condo Association Employees – What Do You Do?
Levi recently wrote in to ask: I would be interested in knowing what people generally give to a concierge, security personnel, or front desk person who accepts packages, makes deliveries, sends out dry cleaning, directs the peapod guy to our home etc.
This blogger would also like to ask: Is December the only time you give to condo employees? And, to whom do you give, if anyone?
