Penn Quarter Restaurant Opening Dates! (Bar Louie, Proof, Vapiano, Potato Valley, Chop’t)

Bar Louie (701 7th St NW) is opening at 11 AM on Friday the 6th.

Proof (775 G St NW/701 G St NW) is opening on July 5th – there is a sign in the window.

Vapiano (625 H St NW) is hoping to open August. It might even be the Sept, Oct time frame.

Potato Valley Cafe (614 E St NW) will open in a month more – they don’t have a solid date, but they assure us that it will open.

Chop’t Salad Co. (730 7th St NW) will open in another month or so.
