Three cheers for Downtown Tim’s (non-grocery) gossip! Although it’s frustrating to see the Tussaud’s space is 27K square feet…. seems big enough for a grocery store, no? Argh.
I agree with Jason. Is there a bigger waste of time, money, and, now, valuable real estate than a wax museum? Don’t give me that “it will attract tourists” (read revenues) crap. I don’t want the type of people who would find a wax museum entertaining in my neighborhood anyway. Let the dumbing of America commence.
anon from 2:04 p.m. why don’t you open an arena where you can lecture all of us dumb Americans on being as enlightened as you. I’m sure you’ll attract huge crowds!! Well, maybe the homeless who arrive from the Homeless Express every weekday at 10th and G.
