The PQNA is hosting its monthly breakfast meeting at Madame Tussauds (side entrance on 10th between F & G St NW) Wednesday morning starting at 8:30am. The guest speaker will be James Hughes, the Senior Director for Strategic Planning @ WMATA (Metro). He will talk about potential changes to Metro and Metrobus service (i.e. reducing expenditures) and its impact on businesses, residents, and employees in Penn Quarter.
