RSS FeedRetail Space Comes To 700 6th St NW
A long while ago, we discussed how unfortunate it was for the yet-to-be-built 700 6th St NW office building to not guarantee any ground floor retail in its plan. The project’s website mentioned 1st floor retail or office, making us expect for the worst: a single-use building amongst our mostly mixed-use neighborhood. Well, we are pleased to report that over 6000 sq ft of ground floor space is now being marketed for retail use! The retail broker’s website has more detailed information about the space, including a restaurant test fit diagram.
We hope that this retail space and the gigantic retail space across the street at 777 6th St NW find tenants soon and add some much needed life to that section of 6th Street!
