Thanks to Sara for sending in a tip that Royal Thai at 507 H St NW looks to be opening soon! Last October, we spotted a building permit for the new restaurant. Check out the pics below. We were able to catch some workers carrying materials into the establishment.

I am so glad I moved back to the neighborhood! I haven’t even had a chance to try half the new places from just a year ago. I just saw that a Rita’s is coming to H Street, right by Tai Shaun. Any word on the opening? I assume it will be ready by summer (hopefully)!
