Sean Hennessey Sculptures Debut At DC City Hall Tonight
The same local artist, Sean Hennessey, who recently transformed a bland Penn Quarter condo into an HGTV feature is having two of his sculptures shown at DC’s City Hall tonight (along with several other local artists’ works). Sean is also hosting an Open Studio party on Sunday November 12, from 1 – 6 pm.
Details for tonight’s opening:
- When- Oct 31, 5 – 7 pm, Speaker at 6:00
Where- The Wilson Building (1350 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, enter on the Penn Ave side) Federal triangle or metro center stations are closest.
RSVP- You must RSVP to carolyn.parker (at) dc.gov OR 202-724-2042. Also you need photo ID to get in the building. Other that your invaded privacy it’s FREE
What- A reception for the 100+ artists, music by the Duke Ellington School of the Arts Jazz Combo, food from the Whole Foods Market, candy for the kids.
