As excited as I am for the museum to re-open, I was really looking forward to having our sidewalks back. Especially the west side of 7th Street. The construction complex on the southwest corner of the building (9th and F) has even grown in recent weeks to completely block off the sidewalk on the north side of F Street. Are these going to be around until construction on the courtyard is finished 18 months from now? Ugh. (But really, I’m happy the museum’s opening!)
