Cheryl writes in to let us know that the DC Film Society is hosting it’s Winter 2006 Trailer Night at the Landmark E Street Cinema E St, NW (between 10th & 11th) tonight.
- Bring your family and friends for a preview of this winter’s upcoming movies with co- host film critics Joe Barber and Bill Henry. There’s always a NO-HOLDS BARRED DISCUSSION and YOU GET TO RATE ALL THE TRAILERS as we give feedback to the studios on what we’re licking our chops to see or what we’re avoiding like a house full of univited holiday visitors!
As always, there’ll be lots of free film giveaways and movie posters PLUS chances for raffle prizes: movie passes and DVDs. And that great $5 pop & popcorn combo at the concession stand.
Admission: FREE for Gold members; $5 for Basic members; $8 for non-members/guests. Tickets sold beginning at 6pm in the lower lobby by the ticket taker station.

That just sounds like so much fun .. I never understand people who complain about trailers, because I always love to know what movies are coming up .. I used to live in D.C., and miss it quite a bit
