Chef Peter Smith To Open New Restaurant In Gallery Place
Peter Smith, former executive chef at Vidalia, is planning a restaurant at 777 Eye Street (IBEW Building) in Gallery Place/Penn Quarter and targeting an August opening. The name is TBD. Expect contemporary American cuisine with smaller plates and prices to match. Thanks to Cheryl for the info!
