DDOT recently sent out this traffic alert:
The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is scheduled to mill and overlay E Street, NW from 3rd Street to 6th Street and 10th Street to 13th Street beginning Saturday, August 26th through Tuesday, September 5th, weather permitting. Water Balloon Fight Today At Penn Quarter Farmer’s Market!
