There were only 5 people lined up for the Grand Opening this morning?!?! Holy under-promotion bat-man!
Agreed that Spy Museum > Crime and Punishment

Just checked out the Washington Post article on all the new pay for admission museums in Penn Quarter. The writer gave the Crime and Punishment Museum a higher rating than the Spy Museum. I’m going to have to check it out!
